The terms, in plain language
2. Credit is required
Credit the producer as "prod. by [Producer Name]" wherever you can — titles, descriptions, credits and metadata. It is required, though we understand it can be dropped in short social clips.
3. This license is exclusive
The beat is removed from BBX after your purchase and nobody else can buy it. Licenses other people bought before your purchase stay valid under their own terms. The producer keeps their publishing share and their authorship of the beat.
4. The term is perpetual
This license lasts forever from the date of purchase, worldwide, as long as you follow it. It does not expire and does not need renewing. If you break the terms, the license can be ended.
5. You may transfer this license once
Because it is exclusive, you may transfer this license to another person or company (for example a label deal), as long as they agree to these same terms in writing and you tell BBX who they are.
6. What you cannot do
Do not resell, share, upload or give away the beat on its own or barely changed. Do not claim you made the beat. Do not use it to train an AI model. Do not use it for anything illegal or anything that harms someone's rights.
7. BBX is not liable
BBX is the marketplace, not the producer. The producer is responsible for owning and clearing the beat they sold you. You are responsible for anything you add and for how you release the song. BBX is not liable for lost income, takedowns, disputes, damages or any other loss connected to this license, and any BBX liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.
8. Records and disputes
This document, your receipt and your BBX transaction ID are your proof of license. Keep them. If something goes wrong, contact BBX first with your transaction ID so we can look at the record before anything escalates.
BBX license terms v1. When you buy this license, the same terms are issued as a signed PDF with the beat title, producer, your name and email, date, beat ID, price paid and your BBX transaction ID.
